  • What's included?

    All our event spaces can be booked by the hour and are equipped with facilities to help your session go smoothly, including a whiteboard or flipchart.

    Our on-site team will greet your guests and ensure you have everything you need, with your room set up just as you want.

    All our rooms have free high-speed WiFi, with screens and projectors available if required.

  • What services do you offer as an extra?

    When you make your booking, you can choose to add teas, coffees, refreshments, and any presentation equipment you need.

    We can arrange catering for you – please let us know in your booking.

    The AV equipment will be set up and ready for your session. Our on-site team will be there to support any technical issues.

  • How do I book an event space?

  • Will someone be there to greet my guest?

    Yes, our friendly team will be on-site to support you, prepare your room, and be on-hand to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

    At Hope Street Xchange, we have a friendly and experienced Reception Team to greet your guests and direct them to the event space.

  • Do you offer drinks or catering?

    Please let us know in your booking about your catering requirements.

    Our menus are designed to suit a variety of tastes, diets, and budgets; providing quality and value for money.

  • What happens if my meeting overruns, or I need the space for longer?

    If there are no other bookings after yours, you can use the event space for as long as you want.

    Please let us know in advance if you need the space for longer and when you need the space until. We will update the checkout time and cost.

  • How early can I, or my guests, arrive for the meeting?

    You are welcome to wait in the reception area for up to 30 minutes before your booking starts.

    You may be able to access the meeting room earlier than your booking time. Please let our team know in your booking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    In the event of a booking being cancelled by the Hirer, a cancellation fee will be made as follows:

         Cancellation                                                                             Charge             

    Between 1 & 6 months prior to the event                                     25%

    Between 1 month & 14 days prior to the event                            50%

    Between 14 days and 7 days prior to the event                            80%

    Less than 7 days prior to the event                                               100%
