In addition to stunning contemporary spaces our services provide dedicated support to ensure the smooth running and success of your event – every time.
Our dedicated Event Coordinator will be on hand throughout your whole experience and will manage your booking from start to finish to ensure that all your event needs are met, and you always have a friendly point of contact.
Our Venue Sunderland Events Team are always happy to offer any additional support and advice with promotion and marketing, event formats, technical requirements, staging and anything else you may require.
Our services include the provision of:
AV/IT
Rooms come already equipped with audio-visual equipment at no extra cost to you. Complimentary personal technical support is provided on the day. Our University IT department can also be made available to provide expert support, additional equipment and set up assistance to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Catering
Our in-house catering is available across all of our venues. We have an extensive hospitality menu in place but can deliver day delegate rates, and bespoke and out-of-hours catering on request.
Security
We work with our internal security team, who provide advice and stewarding to ensure our clients have full confidence in running large and public events.
Accommodation
We work with partner hotels to get Venue Sunderland delegates a reduced rate and can check availability and arrange reservations to suit your numbers at our University Halls during the summer period. Whether it be a booking for a large group or an individual, we’ll ensure we get you accommodated.
Team Building Days
Our dedicated Sport team can provide access to the University’s climbing wall to incorporate into creating bespoke team-building packages.
